Cancellation Policy

Our Own Expeditions Tours may be cancelled up to 21 days in advance without penalty. Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days a the following penalty will apply. Please note *:

Prior to 21 days:   100% refund

Prior to 14-20 days:   80% refund

Prior to 7-13 days:   60% refund

Prior to 2 days advance:   50% refund

Prior to 24 hours advance:  30% refund

No Shows:  No refund applies

*Walks or Horse Rides are held rain or shine with some variations to accommodate the weather.  No shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing and a courtesy phone call is expected directly to the office.  We make every effort to reserve reliable vendors during your trip thus keeping our partnerships locally at a premium. We will make every effort to accommodate your change of schedule but we can not guarantee this is always possible.*

Cancellation and Refund Procedure:

1. You can submit your request via the Ask a Question Form located underneath the “Contact Us” tab.

2. You can submit your request with detailed explanation directly to Our Own Expeditions by mail (info@ourownexpeditions.com) or telephone (+355 852-272-27).

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one-two business days, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if emails or mail fail to reach us.

Referral Policy:  Given our continued success is because of our return travellers and word of mouth, we are happy to apply a 10% discount off your next tour  if you refer a friend to travel with us.
